Learning Outcome:
After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:
• Identify best of your work for the portfolio
• Create a PDF portfolio for your potential clients
• Describe your potential client the tools and techniques you had used to complete the previous job(s)
Tasks:
You are required to create a PDF portfolio with two previous work/practice samples.
Add the following items to complete your portfolio:
• Title of your portfolio
• Description of your portfolio
• Images of work/practice samples
• URL (if any)
Note: In case, if you don’t have any previous work experience then you can create a dummy sample for your PDF portfolio.
Requirements:
A PDF file including 2 previous work/practice samples with above mentioned data.
Guidelines:
• Your title should be short, clear and to the point.
• In the portfolio description briefly describe your previous work details. You can explain the tools and techniques you had used to complete the previous job(s). Be as detailed as possible and expressive, so the potential client will be able to understand that you are good fit for his/her project.
• It is recommended to create your portfolio in MS Word file and then save it in PDF format before submitting it on LMS.
Procedure to save “MS Word” file in the “PDF” format
To create your portfolio in PDF format, please follow the steps below:
• After adding your portfolio details in a MS Word file, click on “File” option on top left corner.
